You’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (held for at least 12 months in most cases)

• A credit or debit card in the renter’s name

• Proof of identity (e.g., passport or national ID for international renters)

• Minimum age requirement (usually 21+, age restrictions may apply)

 

2. Minimum age to rent?
    21+. Drivers under 25 may pay a young driver fee.

Yes. Most rental companies require renters to be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge.

 

3. Is insurance included?

NO : We offer a add on fee of:

• $100 refundable

4. Can I rent a car with a Prepaid card?

NO: must have a bank 

• A larger deposit

5. Is insurance included in the rental price?

Basic coverage (Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)) is often included. Optional coverage like:

• Theft protection

• Supplemental liability insurance

• Personal accident insurance
  may be added during booking.

6. Can I return the car to a different location?

      No, Vehicle must be returned at pick up location.

7. What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges. Some companies offer a grace period of 29–59 minutes.

 

8. Is there a mileage limit?

YES: 150 miles/day). Excess mileage fees may apply.

 

9. Can someone else drive the rental car?

Yes, but additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet age and license requirements. Extra fees may apply.

 

10. What fuel policy do you use?

Common options:

• Full-to-full: Return the car with a full tank

• Prepaid fuel: Pay upfront and return empty
