Refund Policy - Butts Productions Car Rental Services
Butts Productions Car Rental Services offers refunds under certain conditions as detailed below.
Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a full refund.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. However, we will provide you with a 10% discount on your next rental booking as a gesture of goodwill.

No Refund: If you fail to pick up the vehicle or cancel after the scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process

Exceptions
In some cases, such as vehicle damage, traffic violations, or early return, a refund may not be issued, or a fee may apply.
