PAYMENT TERMS
All fees are payable in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments shall be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.
SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Sessions must be scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session fee will be forfeited.
Rescheduling is permitted with proper notice and subject to Coach’s availability.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client acknowledges that:
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal and professional growth.
The Coach does not guarantee any specific results, financial outcomes, or business success.
The Client is solely responsible for implementing strategies discussed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions, except where disclosure is required by law.
Group sessions may involve shared discussions; all participants are expected to maintain privacy and respect for other members.
REFUND POLICY ( Section 6)
No refunds will be issued once a coaching session/package has commenced, except in cases of service non-delivery by the Coach.
If the Coach cancels a prepaid session and cannot reschedule, a full refund for that session will be issued.
TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
The Client will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advising.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NC without regard to conflict of law provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
